We recently posted a message in the back office pertaining to a string of fraud accounts that affected commissions and ewallets. In the process of our investigation we discovered that members’ commissions were also not being adjusted for refunds. Based on this discovery all disbursements from ewallets were placed on hold until we are able to make the proper commissions and ewallets adjustments.

Over the course of the next week we will be applying the adjustments. These adjustments will include Fast Start Bonuses, Infinity Earnings, Matching Bonuses, Spinfinity, and iGoShoppingMall Commissions.  If your account received an adjustment you will receive an email with the details of the adjustment. Once all the adjustments have been applied we will begin releasing commissions and ewallet transfers.

Based on the information we have reviewed, commissions and ewallet transfers should commence within the week and take an additional week to approve all requests. Members who have been affected will receive every dollar they are entitled to upon completion of the recalculations and adjustments.

We fully understand the inconvenience the delay in releasing ewallet funds may have caused you, however by failing to take any action it would only compound the situation further. We appreciate your continued patience.
