Note: For security, Inetekk records all IP address activity via logging in. Passwords are then set, to sign you off automatically after a set period of idle time. All information is periodically verified and kept permanently in archived retrievable storage. Inetekk's privacy policy is designed to protect your information as well as all visitors who subscribe to your services. We never sell, transfer or share this information. We consider doing so a serious violation of ethics.
Spam is a version of privacy violation and we do not condone it either. Every technology of Inetekk is based on these ideology technologies. Inetekk's research and development to produce the verification foundation that everything else is built upon today took over 8 years to perfect. Often overlooked, it is this foundation that makes Inetekk unique. This foundation assures total anti spam, anti abuse, clean databases. When complaints are lodged, they are easily rebutted via our systems with little effort. You can rest assured Inetekk will defend your position in the unlikely event of a spam accusatory threat.
When you join Inetekk's services, you are not going to receive ads from us or any other company or service. The only mailings you will receive from us (not the system notices regarding leads etc.) is the Bully Pulpit newsletter. This newsletter is all about your system, Inetekk and it's many Traffic and Marketing portals and tools that come from us. The two major areas of abuse found via the Internet are Spam and Chargebacks. The following is the condensed version of our policies towards these two offenses. Please read them carefully.
Spamming Inetekk resource.
1.If you send spam (UCE) and use any Inetekk property (ie: use your Veretekk email address('s) as the return address, mailto address or refer to it directly or indirectly in anyway.
2. If you point to any Inetekk domain (ie: Traffic Portals, Marketing Portals, etc.) either directly or indirectly in anyway.
To do any of the above is abuse and violates Inetekk policy. Inetekk will levy serious fines against you, file litigation against you, turn you in for collections and submit your profile to the major abuse newsgroups as an offender.
CHARGEBACKS, Refunds, accounting
All clients that request services from Inetekk.com are also stating by their request and signed emailed receipt, complete compliance and agreement of all contained terms and also agree (due to the volitile nature of this industry) that we do not offer any form of a refund. Further more you agree that you indemnify Inetekk.com for any or all issues that may arise from this relationship. You agree to take all responsibility and risk envolved in your envolvement with subscribing to our system and representing the company you have hired us to market on your behalf. Additionally: If you chargeback Inetekk for your authorized subscription (Signified by you faxing in a signed official receipt), you will be levied with a $1,500 fee, plus treble damages of the amount of your chargeback, plus $20 for the bank fee caused by your chargeback. Do Not Chargeback Inetekk for any reason. We may also sue you for this practice. A simple phone call is all that is required if you have an issue, especially fraud. 858.863.9099.
