The primary purpose of Inetekk.com is to provide Web Internet services and other services to you and your downline. All members of any Inetekk system, product, or service agree to abide by the following policies posted herein AND any changes or updates to the Inetekk.com Acceptable Use Policy.

CHARGEBACKS, Refunds, accounting

All clients that request services from Inetekk.com are also stating by their request and signed emailed receipt, complete compliance and agreement of all contained terms and also agree (due to the volatile nature of this industry) that we do not offer any form of a refund.

Further more you agree that you indemnify Inetekk.com for any or all issues that may arise from this relationship. You agree to take all responsibility and risk involved with subscribing to our system and representing the company you have hired us to market on your behalf.

Additionally: If you charge back Inetekk for your authorized subscription (Signified by you faxing in a signed official receipt), you will be levied with a $300 fee for processing, the amount of your charge back, plus $20 for each occurrence of the bank fee caused by your charge back. Do Not charge back Inetekk for any reason.

Charge back rebuttals require at least 3 hours of preparation, mailing, fax costs, and can damage our good standings with our merchant account.

If we lose the rebuttal, we will sue you to recover our loss. This suit will also include attorney's fees. Example charge back: ($141.90 + $300 + $20 = $461.90 x 3 = $1,385.70 + attorney's fees [$300] = $1,685.70). You will be required to appear in San Diego to defend against this claim. We win 90% of our cases. If you loose, we sell your judgment to TRW as well as add you to the Internet charge back database, affecting your credit rating until your judgment is satisfied.

Furthermore, if you file a charge back claiming fraud and we can prove otherwise, we will ask state and/or federal authorities to file criminal charges against you.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your Veretekk Gold account, log into your Veretekk system, navigate to Vertraining. The bottom button called RESIGNATION, will create a customized PDF form you need to sign and fax to 858-430-3417. We do not accept email for cancellations because of the inability to verify the cancellation came from you and the nature of abuse email carries. Cancellation requests can take up to 15 days to process. NOTE: Canceling your Veretekk Gold account results in downgrading your membership to a Veretekk Silver account, but still constitutes active membership in Veretekk. If you wish to terminate your account completely, see the following section.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

To permanently close your Veretekk account it must first be downgraded to Veretekk Silver by following the process described above under CANCELLATIONS. In the "Reason" section of the PDF fax you must write "FULL ACCOUNT TERMINATION" exactly as written here in full capital letters. If you have a Veretekk Silver account you wish to permanently close, you must fax in request to do so with "FULL ACCOUNT TERMINATION" written visibly at the top and also include your Veretekk username, your name, and phone number.

Spam, Bulk Mail, and New Group Posts

The transmission of unsolicited or prohibited advertising or other content through electronic mail or inappropriate Usenet postings WITH ANY REFERENCE TO This website including any of the domains used by Inetekk.com is forbidden. The use of AND/OR reference to Inetekk.com or any of our clients in connection with Inetekk.com, services for unsolicited mass mailings or postings (commonly known as "Spam") by any member will cause that member's services to be terminated immediately without warning and without a refund. Further, the member will be immediately charged a minimum of $1,500 to cover damages caused by such breach and held legally responsible for the damages to Inetekk.com both monetary and in reputation. AND FURTHER MORE, FOR ALL TIME SPENT BY Inetekk.com STAFF ON HANDLING A BREACH OF THIS POLICY CONCERNING VALIDATED SPAM, A MINIMUM OF $500 WILL BE PAID BY THE VIOLATING MEMBER OF Inetekk.com for the time needed to handle complaints and other items related to the breach of this policy for each occurrence. The USE OF ANY OTHER service to make such a mailing or posting, with any reference to Inetekk.com services (including but not limited to mailboxes, E-Mail, autoresponders, and Web pages), shall also be grounds for member termination and damages as described above Furthermore, we will serve on the offending party an immediate lawsuit in the amount of $10,000 for damages caused by this breach and we will take immediate action in the state or federal courts of San Diego County, CA. By agreeing to these Terms of Service you agree to jurisdiction of San Diego County.

Furthermore, for damages caused by such actions as referenced above to Inetekk.com's reputation and corporate identity will be cause for legal remedies against anyone referencing Inetekk.com in any form that causes damages, harassment or harm, intended or not and not limited to $50,000 in civil litigation. Any form or action to cause Inetekk.com denial of service will be turned over to the FBI for investigation and possible criminal charges.

Even sending email out to advertised safe lists that do not have easily accesable verifiabilty via web interface is considered at risk and is also forbidden under our terms and is classified as Spam. Advertising in the following FFA systems is also forbidden because these systems do not verify therefore are considered abusive and are blacklisted by our terms until these sites comply with current anti abuse requirements to verify all submissions prior to sending out any form of commercial message: http://linkplace.com seems to be the only one left who refuses to comply.

This is our first and most stringently enforced policy. The practices described here can permanently destroy an online reputation overnight, and easily taints any organization associated with the guilty party. Further, complaints from people being spammed sent to our Internet Connection Provider might cause the loss of that Internet connection and the connection of other Inetekk.com systems. We will not tolerate these abuses.

If you plan to use Bulk Mail, unverifiable lists, downloaded lists from FFA sites and opt in sites, DO NOT point your spam to any Inetekk domains in the messages you send out. If you do, you will find yourself in violation of our terms and liable for fines, damages and litigation.

What Is Spam?

Spam is sending e-mail to people that don't know you. Many times called unsolicited e-mail. If you send information to your friends, people who know you, or people that have requested information you are generally safe. Spam is also posting advertisements to inappropriate news groups.

Adult Content

Adult-oriented sites, designed for entertainment or commercial purposes, are not allowed on Inetekk.com, or any of Inetekk.com services. We will not develop or host such sites or allow such post or uploads. Forbidden sites include but are not limited to those that provide access to pornographic materials, whether for free or for payment, regardless of whether adult verification is used or not. As of 01/01/98 adult content is further defined as any material that is not "family viewable" or other material as determined as "adult-orientated" by Inetekk.com.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

Veretekk services include the ability for subscribers to customize email messages sent from our servers. Although we do not police these emails nor is Inetekk.com, Inc. responsible for these messages, if it is brought to our attention that one of our subscribers is misrepresenting facts or promoting fraudulent practices (phishing, ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, racial slurs, terrorist threats, hate threats, etc.), Inetekk.com, Inc. will terminate the subscriber for publishing fraud or misrepresentations. Inetekk.com, inc. may also elect to litigate against the perpetrator as well as turn all evidence, logs and information over to the appropriate authorities. Inetekk.com, Inc. keeps records of all emails sent from subscribers accounts for this purpose.

Non-Compete Statement

Inetekk.com, Inc. has made a large ongoing investment for many years in order to develop the range of systems and resources available to customers. Any attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise develop a company and/or product/service that competes with any Inetekk.com, Inc. system or service is expressly forbidden. Inetekk views such attempts as causing direct damages to our subscribers and will take immediate legal action to prevent further damage. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Offending parties will be served with an immediate lawsuit in an amount of no less than $5,000,000 and we will take immediate action in the state or federal courts of San Diego country, California. By agreeing to Inetekk's terms of service, you also accept the terms of Inetekk's Intellectual Property Rights and Non-Competition Agreement.

Privacy

Put very simply, we do not sell, transfer, offer or allow access to any third party your information. This means Inetekk protects your personal information from being available to anyone other than Inetekk and if applicable the sponsor you signed up with. This also means that we do not purchase leads. Veretekk's system uses proprietary technology made available to you so that the leads you develop are yours and yours alone. In fact, the Veretekk system does not allow you to download or copy and paste any of the leads your system acquires for your benefit. It doesn't need to. Veretekk's system covers all the necessary features so through Veretekk you can easily contact and communicate with your downline or your leads.
Why do we feel this way? We don't like our private information bought and sold and we know that most of you feel the same way. We refuse to be apart of what we refer to as "The new slave trade". When your private information is sold, the result is spam email, telemarketers calling, unsolicited faxes, and an increase in the junk in your mail box. You know what we are talking about. Although the majority of the Internet does abide in this "Slave Trade", we don't!
If your looking for a system that buys and sells leads, go somewhere else!

Suspension of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for any reason. Any account terminated for breach of this policy will not receive a refund. Some examples of what may result in account termination:

Violation of the policy on spam, unsolicited mail, fraud or misrepresentation, already mentioned above.
Breaching, or attempting to breach security on any system or network without the written authorization of those responsible for said system or network.
Forging Web Pages, E-mail or news articles. That is, attempting to make pages, articles or E-mail appear to come from someone or somewhere they do not.
Propagating chain letters via E-mail, Usenet news, or other Internet services that refer in any way to a Inetekk.com service. These letters are usually along the lines of "pass this on to receive good luck," or "send these five people a dollar in order to make thousands."
Extreme violations of netiquette. The Internet is frequently described as the last forum for free speech. People regularly clash loudly over such matters as race, religion, sexual preference, and political standing. It is difficult to be on the Net for any length of time without being offended by someone. It is also quite possible to do the offending. We will investigate any complaints we receive, either by our users or others, but action will NOT be warranted if the disruption does not directly relate to Inetekk.com services.
If a user's presence on our systems jeopardizes our primary purpose, we may suspend or terminate that user's account.
Posting of any material that is or could be considered illegal. This includes but is not limited to information promoting hate groups, slander, posting copyrighted material, or intentional posting of incorrect information.

Inetekk.com reserves the right to issue a warning in lieu of terminating or suspending an account but this will be on an individual case and does not wave further breaches of this policy. Inetekk.com reserves the right to update and/or modify this policy as Inetekk.com sees fit. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy do not request services from Inetekk.com. Any person, company or entity requesting services from Inetekk.com is stating total compliance and acceptance of this policy. Further any person, company or entity requesting services from Inetekk.com either directly or through a 3rd party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inetekk.com or any of its agents, employees, officers or principals in any legal action that arises as a result of use of services, without limitation or exception. This indemnification extends to all issues associated with all Inetekk.com services or products.

Terms and Conditions/Service Agreement to all services that are provided by Inetekk.com

This agreement applies to all services provided by Inetekk.com, (resold service or a service actually provided by Inetekk.com. ALL clients of Inetekk.com (paid clients or clients using free services of Inetekk.com) (Hereafter referred to as Client) is bound to the following openly posted terms of agreement. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inetekk.com or any of its agents, employees, officers or principals in any legal action that arises as a result of use of services, without limitation or exception. This indemnification extends to all issues associated with any Inetekk.com Product or Service. All copyrightable works are the exclusive property of Inetekk.com Client maintains a license to use copyrightable works for publishing on the Internet as long as Client remains a client in good standing utilizing Inetekk.com services. Client and Inetekk.com agree that all products or services purchased or obtained free by Client is bou nd to these terms. Client understands that all prices listed for development services are only estimates and that the actual bill will reflect normal hourly cost for time involved unless noted by "not to exceed" or "quoted cost" which must be approved by the Inetekk.com Home Office. Inetekk.com makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the services offered, including warrantees of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. Client agrees not to hold Inetekk.com responsible for any loss suffered as a result of using Inetekk.com services, including but not limited to loss resulting from service delays and incomplete or interrupted service, regardless of cause. However Inetekk.com recognizes that any complete service interruption in excess of 24 hours will justify a credit to clients account for the appropriate amount pro-rated if client is in good standing and has paid for services not received, but that no further compensation will be made. Client agrees to adhere to system policies as published online by Inetekk.com, including restrictions on acceptable use and all other policies designed to protect and enhance the quality and reliability of all Inetekk.com service. Inetekk.com reserves the right to modify or change such policies as needed. Any rights herein granted cannot be transferred, shared, sold or used by anyone other than the Client. If Clients payment is not received by Inetekk.com by the due date Inetekk.com may, at their option, remove such services until payment is received. Client agrees to compensate Inetekk.com for any cost including but not limited to legal fees, court cost or any other expense paid in attempting to collect debits owed to Inetekk.com If any term in this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this agreement, including all the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect as if such invalid or unenforceable term had never been included. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California and San Diego County California will be the venue for any litigation in which Inetekk.com or any of it's agents are named as defendants. This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication or agreement.

All clients that request services from Inetekk.com are also stating by their request complete compliance and agreement of all contained terms and also agree (due to the volatile nature of this industry) that we do not offer any form of a refund. Further more you agree that you indemnify Inetekk.com for any or all issues that may arise from this relationship. You agree to take all responsibility and risk involved in your involvement with subscribing to our system and representing the company you have hired us to market on your behalf.
